If the app is already tracking my steps, should I be entering my daily walks under exercise? That seems like it would double log things. Thanks for any tips!

Hi U1188125106,
Great question! Are you using our Step Bonus Feature (available with Premium Membership, for iOS users importing steps from health app)? If so, the step bonus feature will automatically account for any steps you get above your estimated baseline level of steps, and adjust your calorie target accordingly.
Here is an article that explains the step bonus feature:

If you are tracking your activity with FitBit, Withings, Jawbone, or Garmin- these devices already estimate your calories burned with exercise so you would not want to enter you walks (or use steps bonus) as this will be double logging. You may choose to enter exercises (such as swimming) that do not track well with with these devices.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Sue
