The difference between success & failure: giving up.
If you give up, you lose. If you keep after it, eventually, sometimes much later than you hoped for, you make it!
Ps- muscle weighs a lot more than fat so use a measuring tape a few times/ year to verify progress.
Also expect weight to fluctuate as much as 5 lbs, so start thinking if you weight as a range. If you're in that range, you have neither list or gained.

Hey Cajartina??-
We all can agree that weight gain stinks! How you handle it can make all the difference. I wanted to make sure you were aware of the MND blog. Here are some articles that may lift your spirit and help to remotivate you from our blog https://www.mynetdiary.com/staying-motivated-whats-getting-in-your-way.html

Hi,
I started this program on March 19th and I lost 15 oz after a week. However, I weighed yesterday which was April 1, 2017 and I had gained back 11 oz. My calories burned
Have always been more than my intake. Sometimes my fluid intake is not that great. Do I always have to drink at least 8 glasses water daily?
I am feeling a bit frustrated....can my food logs be analyzed by the dietician to see what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
Veronica

Hi Ronnie133, I replied on the other thread that you can friend me to share your data. Here's a copy & paste:
I would be happy to look at your diet. But first, you need to let me view your data. Right now, I can't see anything. You can send me a friend invitation via your app or web program to: kisacks@mynetdiary.com
Under "Sharing Diary Options," choose the 3rd option, "Send invitation to become friends and share my diary (e.g. I want to share my diary with my dietitian or coach.)"
Once you do this, I can view your data and give you feedback. Let me know when you do this.
