I was constantly snacking through the day and only way could stop was, occupying my mind with something else. 
Telling myself, no your not hungry” 
Then after 5 min into my project, the craving went.  Sometimes, I drink water. Also, never leave any food out that you can view, just another way to curb the mind  of cravings.

At 65.  I decided to take up the ukulele! It is more fun than eating!
When you take a class you need to practice every day. Wish I could post a picture of me teaching my grandchildren how to strum! When I played Jesus loves me my grandson said... " Grandma that music is from my church.
