Joint injuries and COVID-19 have me totally cooped up from my usual pass-time! In spite of the rigors of mountain climbing, I've still managed to maintain a fair amount of body fat, and when it seemed like there was nothing else I could do to train, I decided to get creative!
MND has been the perfect tool for motivating my new weight loss journey. I can't wait to tackle the Cascades again, and carrying around 20 fewer pounds everywhere I climb.

Greetings Amhalaszyn- These are difficult times! and throw a joint injury on top of it all~ It sounds like you are certainly making the best of it.
