Hi,
Thanks in advance for your help.
Recent sign up -
I do not eat much junk food or packaged foods. Desire to curb the amounts of food at meals and at bedtime. 
Request - 
How to enter: oatmeal, banana, ... Just plain foods not pre-packaged meal.
Also,
Do you have a list of meals (healthy and tasty) - recommended for breakfast or combination  of foods that will curb the appetite. I maintain my current weight.

I don't know if mentioning another website is a no-no but I for vegetables, oils, nuts, etc. I use the nutrition tables on veganpeace.com.

Hi Jimnsac, I would use the generic items from MyNetDiary -they come from the USDA nutrient database and are tested well.  It will save you a lot of time - most likely Veganpeace is using USDA too as a base, just like every other tracker.  Folks just need to know how to search the names.  See my links in my earlier post re how to search for basic foods.
