Newbie here. I just logged a Chick-fil-A Market salad, which looks to be no toppings nor dressing - I logged dressing separately. The food grade for the Market salad, which I found via search, is a c+. All that is on that salad is grilled chicken, blue cheese crumbles, strawberries, and blue berries. 330 cal, 15 fat, 26 carbs.
That is a pretty healthy salad to be getting rated only a c+.

It rates things based on Facts panel: total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carb, fiber, sugar, protein, vitamins A and C, calcium, and iron
My guess would be look at the sodium etc it will tell you if it’s too much

I just looked at it the sugar is 122 grams that’s extremely high and it has saturated fat - this is why the grade was probably a C
