Hi Chavatapia88, you can get your body fat measured with different devices, not all of which are very precise or accurate. Many folks use a specially designed scale that uses bioelectric impedance analysis (BIA) technology to get an assessment of their body fat, water weight, and lean body mass. Tanita makes one of the more popular scales: http://www.tanita.com/en/howbiaworks/ Those BIA scales have a fair amount of error related to hydration status. I typically do not recommend them for that reason.
If you really want to get an accurate measurement of your body composition, I would go for either underwater weighing (if you live near a university with an exercise physiology dept), Bod Pod (air displacement technology), or DEXA scan (some exposure to radiation, more expensive, and via a doctor's office).
