Does anyone have any tips on how to lose stubborn fat at home?? I can’t afford gym 😬

The best way I have found to lose fat is to eat less of it. Working out is only 10% of a healthy lifestyle. Try a low-fat plant based plan and watch the fat come off. I’ve lost 9 pounds since 11/25 eating this way. Truly opened my eyes especially as a type 1 diabetic.
