I’ve been eating more but I also workout here and there I don’t really gain or lose weight it kinda just fluctuates throughout the day. I’m 5’3 105-120

Hi Naome, It sounds like you are saying your eating and exercise plan really fluctuates from day to day and also that your weight fluctuates throughout the day.  Is your goal weight maintenance? 
Although daily self-weighing is a wise strategy, weighing more than once a day is never helpful. Your weight will vary throughout the day based on your food and fluid intake and hydration level.
