Well this is week 2. 
Week 1 had ups and downs, and whilst I did gain this week, I’ve basically had a birthday weekend but it has given me the chance to find out how the app works, whether I think it’s for me and that I can do this.  I had some days staying within my calories etc and I managed to walk.
