I’ve been relying on doing Just Dance to lose my weight (as well as tracking calories). So far I’m 5.7kg down in 6 weeks :) I’ve been slacking lately so I have to get back into doing Just Dance every day for 30-60 minutes :) such a easy and fun way to burn extra calories
