a month ago, i was 166.2. i’m now 166 and just want to cry. i’ve been eating on a calorie deficit but am so discouraged by the results.

How is it going?  Had you been losing weight, then gained some?  Could it be related to your monthly cycle that can cause many women to hold on to water weight?

Maximizing exercise can definitely help get the scale moving!  Also, have you been tracking your measurements? There is a section for measurements on app under "me".  Many people see progress with inches more dramatically than pounds lost.

What three areas should you measure. I can jump up and down and clearly see plenty of fat.

Welcome to MyNetDiary! You sound very motivated AND you have been through a lot! Take it easy on yourself. Weight loss can take time - yet mentally we'd like to see results today!
I'd suggest using the following measurements to track progress:
1. Hips
2. Thigh
3. Chest
