Not sure if this is the right place for this question. Why is there only the option of “large” under boiled eggs but large, medium & small for fried? 🤷🏻♀️

Hi there CanadaAnne-
The egg portions in staple foods come straight from the USDA database. You'll notice that "large" is the only option available: https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/173424/nutrients
As a workaround, I'd suggest selecting "Egg whole raw" which offers different egg sizes (in staple foods). The act of hard-boiling an egg will not alter its nutrient content-

Hi Canada Ann you could weigh the egg on a food scale and measure by ounces. We some times get eggs from a neighbors farm, some big some small!

Too funny
Large egg = 72 calories - 50g
Med egg = 63 calories - 44g
Small egg = 53 calories - 37g
Just love looking up info!
