I hope there are other WWers out there that I can chat with. I've been on WW for 2+ years and have lost 90 lbs mostly on the Core Plan/SFT. I'm now struggling to lose the last 10 lbs to get to goal, so on the advice of my trainer and RD am tracking calories.

hi i just joined today...I have been doing WW since the July...I wanted to see how this compares with WW.  I have lost 4lb so far but have a long way to go I would like to lose 70 but I am going to start with my goal of 50 lb.  I see your post was a while back so I hope you are still doing this

Hi,  I'm new and have been on WW for almost 18 months and I'm now 5 lbs from where I started from.  The new plan where I get free food is just not for me.  I've used net diary for many years now and I much prefer it to the WW app.  I do like the way the WW app tracks exercise and sync with my fitbit.  Anyway when I saw your group I got excited to learn more about the plan you are using.  I'm not sure where to find info on it.  Could someone give me a pointer?  I'm going to go back through the books to see if I can figure it out.  I'm got a ways to go and I've have to figure it out and start losing the weight.  I exercise like crazy but  the sugar carbs keep pulling me back in.  Hope we can help each other.  Do you do challenges in this group?

Ok I found the SFT info and I was able to get it all started alright.  I'm not sure it's that much different from the Smart point plan but I like it better.  I like using MyNetDiary more than the WW app but for now i'm using both until I get tired of double logging.  I've been using MND since 2012 and I like the way it tracks most of the nutrients.  I'm feeling better about the whole process now and I expect to start losing weight again.  Happy 4th if anyone is out there.  If not then I'll call this my log.
