Hi Folks, MyNetDiary will be updating the time/stamping of new posts soon so that folks know when a new post is up, not just when a new topic within the forum is up.
But in the meantime, this forum area is where you can share your weight loss struggles and accomplishments. If you have questions specifically for me, please post them on the "Ask a Registered Dietitian / Certified Diabetes Educator" forum area.
Enjoy!
Best,

I posted in the "ask a dietitian" but haven't heard from you. How long does it take for you to be able to reply there? Thanks!

Greetings U118845887-
Congrats on the new little bundle of joy in your life!
I'd suggest trying to eat 5-6 times a day. Think of your breastfeeding sessions as a time for your baby to eat and you to catch up on energy as well. You'll want to strive to eat 500 calories a day extra (because you want to gain weight) when breastfeeding which translates to 2 slices of whole wheat bread + 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1(5) ounce yogurt container.
