Decided to lose weight at Christmas and after my Birthday started keeping track of calories.  I have lost 30 pounds total since Christmas and 20pounds following keeping track of calories.  I still need to lose 95pounds  or ideal weight 115 pounds.  Long way to go at 2 pounds a week.  It went on so easily & quickly.  I have only cut out liquid calories, started reading labels, and trying to keep under daily calories.  My go to meal when out & about, is the 1/2 Wendy's Apple Pecan salad.  I work evenings, have an autoimmune (Sarcodosis) and family & money worries.  I wish I had a pedal assist bike it would help  me right now.  Outdoor pools are free in 3 weeks for me to use.  Trying to change habits & make better choices.  Using free net diary has speeded up my weight loss, I really want green apples!  Wish I cold monitor other stuff but have to watch calories and pennies right now.  I hope in one year that I will have reached my goal & then I can try to reach my ideal weight.  Then the hardest part,  the hard part .....keeping it off!

Wow wow wow, Kimdanurse!  Congratulations on all of those healthful changes and the significant weight loss in just 6 months.  You have already made a big improvement in your health and risk just by losing the 30 lbs already.  Keep on keeping on!  I am so happy to hear that MyNetDiary is helping you.
