Hi i recently scanned all the salad dressing in the house and I am not very pleased with my findings. I usually like Good Seasonings Zesty Italian, yipes it has a lot of carbs.
So I am in search of good, lower carb Italian recipes. Do any of you have any recipes?

Hi One-headlight, I think reviewing and updating your salad dressings for healthier choices is a good idea. I did that to help reduce my sodium intake, which was too high a few years ago. But typically, salad dressings are not high in carbs unless you choose the honey mustard or sweet types. What are you considering a high carb content? Generally, in diabetes meal planning, 1 carb choice is about 15 grams total carbs.
Just curious.
BTW, my favorite creamy commercial salad dressing is OPA's Blue Cheese.

Well I guess I'm all jacked up because I swear i read last nigh on the app that my dressing had a bunch of carbs. Now today I re-read it and it says 1 carb per serving. So I guess I was over reacting.

I figured it out. Somebody added Good Seasonings Italian and in the nutrition values added 34 (ish)carb value for 2tbspn.
