If you’re working out a lot instead of counting weight loss, Go by measurements instead. I don’t lose weight when I work out a lot. In fact I gain it, but I’m smaller all over, if that makes sense?

Strong work on your commitment to getting healthy and losing weight!
While using the app, make sure you do not have "Add exercise calories to calorie budget" turned on. I agree- It is important to meet your macro and micronutrient needs to eat at least your BMR every day.

Has any one tried calorie cycling to break a plateau? Read about it online today. Article suggested to caluclate what your total calorie intake would be for the week. Then to eat fours day a bit higher than your usual calorie intake, and 4 days a bit below, so that your total stays at your intended calorie total by the end of the week. The theory is our bodies adapt our calorie burn to meet our intake. So it our intake is consistant , our bodies adapt and regulate to maintain where we are. Varying the calorie intake in theory doesn't set up our metabolism to "maintain" or plateau. So has anyone heard of this or tried it?

Hello Kimbushbaum- Here are some resources for breaking a weight loss plateau-

The best way to rev up your metabolism is to shake up your activity or exercise routine, if you are physically able to do so. One type of activity that has helped many people see success on the scale is HIIT- Here's some info:
