I started my weight loss journey in January I weighed 304 pounds today is March 25 and I have lost 42 pounds and it doesn’t feel like a crazy diet or I’m doing he’s crazy exercises that I hate I did simple things like change when I feed my family and myself and just walking and playing with my children and staying active and he just feels like a change of life not just for myself for my family I’m so happy now and I still have a long way to go thanxx to this app and my doctor

Hi Joanna I just wanted to get back to you on foods that I stay away from I don’t eat any fast food , and I don’t eat  cakes and fried food and just anything with sugar I had no idea that there was food that are so delicious that’s good for you and all you have to do  is search the internet for recipes just get your information now I don’t eat any red meat I only eat white meat  mainly turkey and chicken boneless skinless chicken and make it work for me also I eat a lot of salads & fruit salads .

Hi Carmenmaria23- Avoiding fast food and simple sugars sounds very reasonable. Do you include fresh fruit? I know many people who have not only lost weight but kept it off by sticking to avoiding desserts! It is amazing how many alternative recipes are out there for healthy food. Keep up the great work!
