Hi Calyonne, the meal plans can be accessed via the web program.  You can login to the web program and load the meals into your log there.  Then when you open your smartphone app, you can make adjustments according to what you actually ate for that meal.  But you have to use the web program to load the meal plans into the day first.

RuthDinNC I just posted an answer to this question in the "Feedback" forum in the string called "How do I add recipes?"  I'm an MND user not dietitian or Tech Support person.
