today 222.4, so I am going to start my treadmill TODAY (or else!)  hehehehehe!   I am going to eat nothing but protein and vegetables today, except for my morning fiber one, so I can go regular.   Lets see if I can actually go below 222, that is the lowest I have gotten thus far, we shall see!

Way to go on your downward trend!  Steady progress! Treadmill sounds like a great idea!  I am always amazed at how much better I feel after exercise, like after my morning bicycle ride before the summer heat.  Hey, let us know after you did the treadmill!
