Does anyone take meds that make losing weight difficult? I've put on 40 lbs in the past year. I'm trying to eat healthy but my meds (I have MS) are a requirement. I've managed to lose only a few lbs in almost 2 months.

Yes I take meds that does that. I have gained 5 lbs in 5 months. When I needed to lose 5!

Weight gain from meds - this is a tricky issue since the meds are needed. You might find my blog post on this issue helpful: https://www.mynetdiary.com/what-you-can-do-to-curb-weight-gain-caused-by-medication-use.html

Yes, gabapentin does have that side effect. Logging will help you control calories despite the increased appetite. Try experimenting with higher protein intake along with larger servings of non-starchy veggies to help fill up and satisfy while still staying within your calories budget.
