Thanks to net diary calculating my eating I have already lost 8 pounds and only started oct 30.  Just stopped the snacking.   Other then that I know how many calories to eat in a day and if I go over I be sure to walk it off.   My net diary says I'll be at my goal by January 26 but the way it looks I'll be there before. Fingers crossed.  Then it's the job of maintaining.    Proud of this app and of course myself. Lol

Hi Brenda- This is Joanna the Dietician, again.  Awesome progress on your weight loss! Ah ha! it sounds like cutting out snacking was the ticket to your success.  That is fantastic. I have worked with so many clients who have found success in cutting out the between meal snacking.  Keep up the good work and please disregard my other message to you on your last post.
