I put this in technical support on this website and haven't got an answer so I thought maybe you could help.
I was just my treadmill walking it saids I burn 115 calories for 33 mins. But if I put the 33 mins in the app it saids I burn 410. So which should I put in? Thanks for the help!

If you're trying to lose weight then underestimate calories burned.

Hi StrongWoman69, the treadmill calories might be underestimated if you didn't enter your weight or age in the machine. Did you run or walk on that treadmill? Did you use an incline % too?
On the other hand, if you enter treadmill as an exercise item and 33 minutes, 410 calories burned seems a bit high unless you were running or walking very fast on an incline. Can you check your exercise item in MyNetDiary to see the full name? Does it match what you did on the treadmill?
Thanks,
Kathy (Dietitian)

You can make your own entry and put in the calories that were burned for however many minutes you were on the TM. Before I got my fitbit I used to do that.
