Hello and Happy New Year everybody!
I just joined Beachbody on Demand over the holidays. I was wondering if anybody else on here is using any of the Programs/Workouts available on Beachbody on Demand? IF so how is it going? Thank you.

I’ve been using Beachbody since the gyms first shut down. I’m a huge fan of Shaun T and he had consecutive 60-day workout programs running through 2020. It was a lot of fun since there were about 40k of us in the group. 
So if you need somewhere to start, check out Shaun T’s lineup. I also love the Yoga workouts that are on there.

Way to go for doing MBF!  Make sure to ease into the exercise, gradually building so you can stick with it.  Drinking plenty of water also helps flush the lactic acid from your body.
