| Current goal: | Lose 109 lbs for health.  I have RA.  I need to take pressure off body and frankly I want to be as strong as I am able to be. | 
    
      
        | Favorite diets: | Not into diets.  Looking for lifestyle changes.  Eat mostly vegetarian now because I feel great eating less meats and processed stuff that I tend to eat with meat. Once in a while a little meat sounds good so I have some. | 
    
      
        | Favorite activities: | walking, biking, cooking, being outside in general visiting our local parks, martial arts, working out, stretching and yoga, reading, knitting, having a good laugh with those I care about | 
    
      
        | Need help with: | Struggling with keeping a workout routine.  Have given into old habits during this time bec feeling all the stress and worries and ate way too much. | 
    
      
        | More info: | Nice and encouraing.  I am way too hard on myself and yet quick to make excuses as to why I am not doing something I want to do to help improve things physically.  After I dont it is a great excuse to be hard on myself.  How is that for honesty. |
