Thanks for the feedback! I just passed it along to our developers for consideration. Have a great day! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

There’s a separate app I use for intermittent fasting called Fastic. It’s really useful, and I suggest you use it if you need that feature

MyNetDiary works great for fasting, intermittent fasting, 8/16, and other special diets.

The Completed Day feature and the Meal Planner service (https://www.mynetdiary.com/supportArticle.do?articleId=22202) make it possible to plan your meals in advance and mark the day as completed even if the user does not log or log just a few foods. Continue logging every item from your Meal Planner with a particular timestamp when you eat. The days without the logged foods (or fewer than 400 cal) could be marked as "completed" and included in the energy balance.
Currently, the Meal Planner service is available for iOS apps only. We will implement it for Android in one of the upcoming updates.

While fasting, you can use the Calorie Cycling feature in the Plan section on the website and the mobile app. Set there at least 400 for fasting days of the week.

You can also create a Fasting Hours custom tracker and assign the "Fasting" label to the system and the other custom Trackers in the "Trackers" section of the iPhone or Android app.

If you have specific suggestions on how we can make "fasting" tracking more convenient (e.g., implement a "fasting timer," etc.,) please send any related screenshots with your marks and comments to support@mynetdiary.com
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Dmitry S.
