Thanks for reaching out! You can get protein from many different foods. If you let me know what type of diet you are following and a little bit about your goals, I can guide you a little better. For example, are you trying to lose weight, gain weight, recover from injury and /or build muscle? Do you include meat or are you a vegetarian?
